In an effort to ensure our customer's happiness, we've paused the site for a few days to allow us to catch up with the backlog of orders.
Getting packages to our customers is our primary concern right now.
- We are currently working through a 5 to 8 day backlog.
- We're working flat out, 7 days a week, while keeping our staff safe, to get orders out the door.
- As you can imagine, the couriers are struggling too!
- You will receive a notification once your package is dispatched with the courier.
- If you've opted for collection, we will send you an email when your order is packed and ready for collection.
- If you have any other queries, please feel free to email us on email@example.com but please be patient as it might take up to 48 hours to respond to your email.
- If all goes according to plan we should open the website up after the weekend.
